Terms and Conditions

By booking a session with KBK513Photography ("Photographer") or KBK513Photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Images:
   The Photographer retains full ownership and copyright of all images captured during the session. You, the client, have permission to use the images for personal or commercial purposes, including prints, websites and sharing online through social media platforms of the client's choosing.
2. Use of Images for Marketing and Promotion:
   By booking a session with Photographer, you expressly agree that this is a verifiable means of authorization that Photographer may use any images taken during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, sharing on social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials. This includes any photographs where the subject is visible, unless you opt out as specified below. Images may also be shared with clubs, organizations, or other affiliates associated with the Photographer for their use in promotional activities, events, or communications.                                                                                                                     This release includes that parents expressly consent on behalf of any minor children they choose to have included in the session that Photographer may use any images taken during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, sharing on social media platforms, websites and other marketing materials.  This includes an photographs where the subject is visible, unless you opt out as specified below.  Images may also be shared with clubs, organizations, or other affiliates associated with the Photographer for their use in promotional activities, events or communications.
3. Opting Out of Image Use:
   Clients may choose to opt out of having their images used for social media, marketing purposes, or by clubs and organizations. To opt out, please inform the Photographer in writing before or during the session, or by email within 48 hours after the session. Once a request to opt out is received, the Photographer will not use the images for promotional purposes.
4. Social Media Release:
   By default, clients grant the Photographer permission to post any images captured during the session on the Photographer’s social media accounts, website, and other promotional platforms. This includes crediting the client’s name or business, if desired.
5. Image Editing and Sharing:
   The Photographer reserves the right to edit and retouch images at their discretion for promotional purposes. Clients are allowed to share the images on their own social media accounts for personal or business use, but they agree to credit KBK513Photos in the posts if the images are shared publicly.
6. Confidentiality:
   The Photographer will respect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. No identifying information will be shared without the client’s consent unless the images are used for promotional purposes as outlined above.
7. Termination of Rights:
   If at any time you no longer wish for your images to be used, please notify the Photographer in writing. The Photographer will remove the images from public use within a reasonable timeframe, but any promotional materials already distributed may not be retracted.
